A tired century townhouse, purchased for land value and rebuilt into a home worthy of one of Toronto's most loved neighbourhoods.

This Clinton Street townhouse was sold to us “as is” — valued for its land alone. We saw a home. The rebuild delivered a compact but genuinely functional three-bedroom, three-bathroom layout that lives much larger than its footprint, with parking in a neighbourhood where that is a luxury.

Little Italy rewards homes that respect the street, and this one keeps the rhythm of its Victorian row while everything behind the facade is new. It's the clearest example of our approach: take an underused property in a great location and give it another hundred years of life.
